Progress Update

Construction is well underway on the initial phases of Celebration Pointe. Strategically positioned between 700 acres of open-space conservancy to its west containing the highly acclaimed Archer Braid Hiking and Biking Trail, and Interstate 75 on the east, the 125-acre highly visible 1-million-square-foot plus development is centered around a highly energized and pedestrian-friendly main street dubbed “City Walk.”

Bass Pro Shops opened its doors to the public on November 9th 2016. Soon to follow is the  new headquarters for local software giant Info Tech in spring 2017. Regal Cinemas will be opening its first-to-market reserved-seating state-of-the-art luxury theater in November 2017. In addition, Celebration Pointe will introduce various new dining options, many first-to-market retailers and entertainment, as well as hospitality, residential and Class-A office space.The highly acclaimed Hotel Indigo will open in early 2018.
