Celebration Pointe, a premier mixed-use development located in the heart of Gainesville, today announced the appointment of Christopher Conti to its marketing organization.
“Chris will help drive our marketing and public relations programs, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer,” said Sean McIntosh, Sr. VP Asset Management, Celebration Pointe. “This will include support of retail, office and residential leasing as well as residential sales and overall promotion of the Celebration Pointe neighborhood. He will work to deliver on the overall guest experience we are creating at Celebration Pointe and will become highly involved in the Gainesville community.”
Celebration Pointe, Florida’s new destination experience, the first transit-oriented development in the region, will include a unique mix of retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, housing and Class A office space, with conservation components including bike paths, walkways and trails. The development is sponsored by Gainesville-based Celebration Pointe Holdings, LLC. The exclusive development manager is a collaborative effort between development partners Ralph Conti of Atlanta-based RaCo Real Estate LLC and Gainesville-based Svein Dyrkolbotn of Viking Companies.
Conti returns to the Celebration Pointe team after working in account service for a leading marketing and communications firm in Washington, D.C.
