These exceptional brands are set to join the area’s newest state-of-the-art Regal Theater complete with reserved luxury-seating, food and bar, the region’s only true Class A office space, the area’s newest and most unique residential offerings, a 140-room Hotel Indigo and Bass Pro Shops, which opened in November 2016.

]]>“Chris will help drive our marketing and public relations programs, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer,” said Sean McIntosh, Sr. VP Asset Management, Celebration Pointe. “This will include support of retail, office and residential leasing as well as residential sales and overall promotion of the Celebration Pointe neighborhood. He will work to deliver on the overall guest experience we are creating at Celebration Pointe and will become highly involved in the Gainesville community.”
Celebration Pointe, Florida’s new destination experience, the first transit-oriented development in the region, will include a unique mix of retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, housing and Class A office space, with conservation components including bike paths, walkways and trails.
